Using JustChristmas
You may use JustChristmas for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, scrape or republish it in bulk, use it to build another product or service, interfere with it or try to get around how it works, or use it unlawfully or to harm anyone.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site, and limit or end anyone's access, at any time and without notice.
Information on the site
Listings, air times and everything else on the site are for general information only. They may change without notice and may contain errors, so check with the network or service when it matters.
Not affiliated
JustChristmas is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any network, streaming service or studio. Names, logos, images and trailers belong to their owners.
Our content
The site and its content, including the writing, design, games and puzzles, belong to JustChristmas or its licensors. You may share links to the site, and the results and cards it offers you to share. Any other use needs our written permission.
What you add
You are responsible for anything you add to the site, including names, wish lists, links, recipes, photos and messages. Add only what you have the right to share, and add other people, including children, only with permission from them or their parent or guardian.
You give JustChristmas a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and use what you add, to run and improve the site. We may remove anything you add, or close any gift exchange, at any time.
Emails
If you sign up for emails, we may send them until you unsubscribe.
The shop
Orders are subject to the prices, shipping, returns and other terms shown at checkout, which form part of these terms. We may refuse or cancel any order.

Some links on the site may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them.

We are not responsible for other sites or services, including any we link to or embed.
Disclaimer
JustChristmas is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, JustChristmas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from or related to the site or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JustChristmas from any claims, losses, liabilities and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, anything you add to it, or your breach of these terms.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days before starting any claim. To the extent the law allows, any claim related to the site must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Changes take effect when posted, and using the site afterwards means you accept them.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms; we may. These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and JustChristmas about the site.
